FAQs


What are your delivery charges?

Our standard UK charge of £4.95 covers packing and postage. UK Express delivery is £6.95 - contact us for details. Delivery is FREE for orders over £100.00. Please note all delivery charges will be clearly detailed and displayed at the Checkout as appropriate, before and after your order has been confirmed. Please note all prices include VAT at 17.5%.

When do you deliver?

Standard 7 working day delivery excludes Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Delivery times will only apply when we have the requested products in stock. The costs shown are per delivery address, per delivery day. Our couriers work throughout the day so your order may arrive at any time between 9am and 5.30pm.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. For all other destinations please contact our export manager directly: guy@authentics.co.uk We reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you have placed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times. There may be exceptions if you live in the following postcode areas AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, PO30 - PO41, TR21 - TR25, ZE. Our Customer Service department will contact you if your order is affected.

Can I send things to more than one address?

We are happy to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own. You will have the option to tell us where you want to send the items in your basket during the checkout process.

What if I am not in when you deliver?

Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5pm. We realise that occasionally we may try to deliver an order, and you (or the intended recipient) may not be available. Each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. This card contains a contact number so you can speak to the couriers and agree a convenient delivery time or arrange for you to collect the order directly from their depot. After 3 failed delivery attempts, your items will be returned to our warehouse.

What if only part of my order has arrived?

If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please contact our Customer Services Representatives.

What is your returns policy?

We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return goods, here's what to do:

01932 226525 who will arrange for the item to be collected.

Goods must be returned within 28 days of recipt.

Write the RMA number in the space provided and write the quantity of the items you are returning in the appropriate column on the despatch note. Please wrap the item securely for transit, using the manufacturer's original packaging if available, and remember to enclose your despatch note.

For furniture and larger items please call our customer service department.

Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.

Privacy

At Authentics, our top priority is making sure you can order online with complete confidence and not worry about any personal information being passed on to anyone else. We consider all information and data relating to our customers to be absolutely confidential. In practice, this means we do not under any circumstances release the home address, phone numbers, email addresses or any other information about our customers to third parties, including other customers.

We do not collect and store customer data beyond the routine back-up of our customer database. What's more, customer data is not used or maintained in any form of statistical record, apart from general sales records and general website statistics. This information is kept behind a firewall that requires a unique password for access and does not include any of your personal payment information, which is kept exclusively on a completely secure server.

Because we don't pass on any email addresses, you can be 100% certain that you will never receive "spam" or unsolicited emails as a result of using this website. Thank you for considering ordering from us and extending your trust. We won't let you down by abusing any data about you. That's a promise.

Security - is it safe to shop on this website?

Ordering online at this website and your credit card information is completely secure, we do not include any of your personal payment information or credit card details in email communications, and if you'd rather not order online, that's fine by us. We welcome phone enquiries and payments by cheque. We realise how important it is to securely store any information that you provide and we maintain the highest levels of security. Our site uses the highest-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.

You can tell whether any page is secure because 'https' will replace the 'http' at the front of the address in your browser address window. You'll also see the global symbol for secure web pages, which is the "golden padlock", a small locked padlock symbol in your browser window.
